Wouldn’t return my 60.00 deposit trying to say I used an oil so round stain on sheet will not come out. I explained I didn’t use any kind of oils so whatever it is it will come out in the wash front desk was rude kept telling me I used an oil and with the oil on the sheet it forfeits my deposit. I offered to wait until after they did the laundry and if it came out give me the deposit at that time and he refused. I asked since I’m paying for the blanket can I have it and they told me no. If the blanket is stained and they can’t use it why can’t I keep it then? I don’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel I most definitely will never return

Messaged several times about airport shuttle, no reponse. Shuttle was not marked for DaysInnWest, pure luck i asked a driver. Night Reception seemed bored and uninterested. No water or coffee in room, had to ask, told vending machine in corridor. Cockroach in the bathroom. Carpets did not feel clean. Morning reception person was lovely though.

This hotel is dirty. They act like its a problem to give more than 1 roll of toilet paper. The rooms don't look like what the picture shows. If the house keepers are not there, they can not give towels. Manager said she has no access to linens. Hallways dark and scary. I will NEVER recommend this property. I felt very unsafe at night.

First room they put me in had a lot of noise, the 2nd room I was woke at 2 am going to the restroom I slipped it water which was in the bathroom and under the beds... Maybe coming from laundry room.. so finally got put in a room after losing sleep for two nights..

Great for an affordable place near major airport parking venues. The building must be very soundproof because planes went overhead constantly but we never noticed them from our room!
