the place is dirty, the room is dirty, and there are bugs indides. Bugs like insects Havent seen anything like this from this franchise The folks are very polite and nice though. Not likely to stay at thsi place again.

Ibspens a lot of time in low-end hotels. My expectations are minimal. Avoid this place. The room smelled like urine (my nose is NOT sensitive). At 12:47am I woke up to someone opening my door. The manual metal latch stopped them from coming all the way in. Fortunately, me being in the room scared them as much as they scared me. After this was over I got a call from the front desk (I assume, she never said). She just said I wasn't in the system, and asked my name. Didn't apologize, or explain it nothing. I gave her my name and she hung up. I assume this means they rented the room I was in and thats how my door got unlocked. Pretty hard to get back to sleep after that. I told the staff the next morning as I was checking out. He never bothered to look up from his phone and only said, "yea I'll let them know".

We ended up leaving the property. We had several large bags and the elevator was broken. We got up to our room and the window was cracked all the way through. It would have been very easy to just push it in and break it. Room was moldy and dirty. Stains on the bed sheets.
