The convenience to the event is the only positive for the facility. Staff rarely smiled, were less than pleasant and didn’t respond when greeted. Shuttle driver was nice and that’s another positive.

The front desk people were unhelpful and lazy. Called the front desk from our room and it rang and rang and rang…my husband went to the front desk and 2 workers were just standing there doing nothing. There were also a bunch of food crumbs on the desk when we went in.
