The customer service was wonderful. Tamara made my stay great. My daughter and I were in town for a football game and needed to use MARTA. She helped us navigate it and she was terrific. She explained everything so well. The shuttle drivers were also so courteous.

The young lady at the front counter was nice and polite. She was very helpful when i was having a hard time dealing with another hotel rudeness and i appreciate her for that. I didn’t catch her name but she made my night better.

Stayed here due to the free airport shuttle & picture online, as we have stayed at a Country Inn & Suites before, plus was $30 Cheaper than the hotel 2 miles away we’ve used before. The facility is in a questionable and sketchy area, which is the staple of this facility. The room was decent, but ive never seen pillows so small - luckily you get 4. The biggest issue was the next morning we went downstairs at 0610 to be early for the 0630 or 0700 shuttle. We never saw one & I should have asked more questions earlier, ans others eating mentioned not seeing the 0600 shuttle arrive. The 3rd party shuttle service also serves area hotels & the Country Inn is the last stop. Around 0730 the clerk at the front desk called to find out the location of the shuttle as the lobby was full of guests requiring a ride. The clerk was told the shuttles were getting full at the prior hotels & unable to accommodate the stop at Country Inn. Just before 0800 a mid sized van showed up to shuttle guests to the airport; 9 to be exact. We were fortunate enough to get a ride, however we were also attempting to get an Uber as long with the rest of the Country Inn guests with little luck. Go ahead and spend the extra $30 and stay at a nicer hotel up the road with their own hotel shuttle, I wish I had. If you’re flying out of the country & staying in ATL for the assurance of arriving on time, THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU.

When checked into the room, we had roaches so I went to the front desk staff and was reassigned to the room next-door and that one also had roaches. I was told I couldn’t be compensated because I went through a third-party, which is Expedia horrible experience all over and do not recommend
