Shuttle
This property needs to be honest about the shuttle service. It is not a 10 minute shuttle ride from the international terminal. It took us over 2 hours and several phone calls. The shuttle is 10 minutes from the domestic terminal but it took an hour and half to get from international to domestic and we had four large bags that barely fit into the shuttle.

Old Needs Renovation
My husband arrived in the morning and there was no room ready. Desk staff told him to come back later. Did not offer him to work out of the business center. He had to ask and did not offer the WiFi as he had to work. Did not inform him of what hotel offers like free breakfast, tea, coffee while waiting to check in. Room was smelly, old furniture, old carpet. We had to ask for an iron. We put the do not disturb sign and cleaning staff with cleaning manager while my husband was working still entered the room and asked if we were checking out. They said they did not get information of who checks out. What kind of answer is that!! Breakfast was not impressive I had better at the Holiday Inn Express hotel across the street where we have stayed in the past. We wanted to try a different hotel and this was not it! Hotel needs thorough renovation! We will not be back & will not recommend!!!

The property was great and the staff was so nice. It was very convenient being a 5 minute drive to the airport. Our only complaint is that our room smelled VERY badly of weed; however, when mentioned to the receptionist at check out, she was very kind and apologetic, telling us we couldve had a different room if we'd told them about it. We were just so exhausted from our trip at the time. We would definitively stay again, just not in that same room.
