House was okay.
When we first arrived the neighborhood was very quiet and the inside of the house was nice and clean as expected, when i went to look in the master room i attempted to shut the door when the doorknob came off with it. Also, the shower in the master was not cleaned as it should’ve been. Secondly, i went to sit in the living room and one of the leg chairs bent in almost causing me to fall. Thirdly, there were things left in the house i’m not sure if it was from previous guests but we could’ve went without it. Lastly, i noticed a big cockroach laying in the master bedroom and another one in the hallway near the master! Shocked me.. gladly it was our last night cause i definitely didn’t wanna stay after that but overall it was okay for a weekend getaway just needs more tidiness and cleaned properly

Miscommunication
Expecting any communicto come from VRBO, i wasnt checking my emails for a confirmation from EVOLVE so be aware of that. Once i was able to resolve that situation everything else went smoothly. The property itself was lacking curb appeal outside and needs landscape maintenance as far as leaf blowing, garbage cans outside and just general appearance. The interior overall was nice and served its purpose for a comfortable stay.

Old poor dirty neighborhood and inconvenient
I made mistake to book the house to stay instead of hotel nearby Jimmy Carter blvd area cheaper and more convenient. Because the description said this house is good location and near the center but they lied about it. It took us 40 minutes to location that we supposed to go for the wedding, the house got roaches and smell, they put body wash in the kitchen sink for clean dishes instead of dish detergent:( they left the broken chair in living room I didn’t know broken leg made me fell on the floor. The door knob’s master bedroom fell off when I touched…

Still waiting for my refund for cleaning the oven
I’m expecting a cleaning fee credit for having to clean the entire oven and stove in an effort to use it without a fire starting in the over as a result of the baked in food and grease at the bottom of the oven. Photos and the complaint was sent to the property manager and I was told that I should expect a call and a refund for having to use part of my vacation to clean.

While the property is 10 minutes from downtown 15 minutes from the airport, the neighborhood is old and sketchy. The property does however have a security alarm. The back fence is not enclosed as it appears in the picture. The lawn man came during our stay.

Disappointing kitchen
My friends and I have rented many homes for vacation. While this home is visually beautiful the kitchen leaves much to be desired. While trying to feed 4 children we had no toaster for waffles, no hot pad holders to get the pizza pan with the waffles on it out of the oven, (thanks for burn), the oven is so dirty the smoke alarm went off each time I opened the door, one of the kids used their jacket to fan it because we discovered there were no dishcloths or dish towels (the kitchen sponge is so old it's disgusting), no mixing/serving bowls (how are you supposed to microwave without a bowl??? Instead we used pans whose bottoms were pushed/dented up, no plugs that work for 2 of the tubs, OH--and the ceiling fan in rear bedroom sounds like a jet taking off (it's out of balance and the chains hit the light assembly but had to have it because...) The house was so warm at night it was hard to sleep and the thermostat would not change for the occupants comfort. All homes I have stayed in have a binder with instructions on how to 's, in order to know operation of items in the home, along with information about the area. This would be helpful for this listing.

Atlanta Getaway
The home was clean and comfortable, but had some shortcomings. We killed six cockroaches. There were six in our company, but only one fork and one knife. Plenty of spoons! There is no toaster. We also had people walking around after dark. The motion light on the front exterior of the house kept going on off. Also, the house sleeps six but only had five plates. The location is excellent for visiting Atlanta.

My family of five had an enjoyable stay at the property. The three king size beds and three bathrooms were perfect to give everyone their own space. The common area is a bit on the cozy side. Two people in the kitchen at one time was a little tight but we made it work. The bathrooms were really pretty and the tub were sparkling clean. There were nice decorating touches throughout the house. The neighborhood is a little off the beaten path but I didn't feel uncomfortable with the location. There is a security system that we were able to activate at night that helped us feel secure. We are from a rural area so we did have a bit of trouble with the street traffic noise the first night but quickly became used to it on subsequent nights. I was very pleased with the property during our stay.

Women's Retreat

The property was well kept and gorgeous inside. However this house is located in a questionable neighborhood. Just be aware of your surrounds. Enjoyed my stay but was a little nervous about the neighborhood.
