I would like to thanks Mrs Mimmi at the front desk. She was wooow above and beyond any word. Security guard which was an amazing kind polite gentleman. The Valet parking Gentelmans, all of them were nice. We had a chance to walk pass two of the housekeepers on 10th floor and they were so friendly and polite. Their cart was neat and very clean as well. Maintenance crew are doing a good job 👍. The breakfast lady’s specially Mrs Sonia was very nice. We didn’t get a chance to eat but my daughter and my wife got greet every time with smile and care. The other lady who was helping and providing cleaning project at the lobby and breakfast was very nice and so polite. The security / Maintenace general Ann who came to our room regarding the Heat/AC that we had was also very caring and polite. Thanks to the GM and the leaders who are working as Team to provide and promote the service at the highest possible level. World class Excellence Thanks Atlantanian people you all are so kind and super nice. Miss you all Arash T.

First off the hotel greets you with the smell of marijuana. The smell was very noticeable! Only one elevator works! We had to wait 20 minutes to get downstairs because the elevator was so crowded You’re forced to valet park! Or park in an unsafe parking lot across the street! Pet friendly hotel not limited to one destined floor. Breakfast 18 not even worth! Bottom line this was a over priced motel 6!

Great location, Amazing hotel staff!
The hotel staff is amazing! From check-in to the bar/restaurant, the housekeeping staff, security AND valet, they all made our stay so comfortable. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and the property is elegant and confortable. The hotel location is next to Centennial Park, so depending on your room location you may hear some street/event noise but it's not unbearable.
