Opened water in fridge, dirty towel and holes in towels with rust, no coffee in room, horrible pancake pillows. Dirt on floor and toothpaste on walls. Icky. We use ATL hotels all the time for flights out, not using the AC airport for sure. And it’s too bad cuz it looks like a modern hotel that just isn’t cleaned.

We missed a connection due to weather and had to stay here overnight. The pros: comfortable beds, convenient from airport, good (but expensive breakfast). The cons: (1) we called twice to have the courtesy shuttle pick us up at the SkyTrain and got put on indefinite hold both times (>5minutes) so we ended up having to walk to the hotel at midnight in the rain. (2) lukewarm shower in the morning (3) no conditioner in the bottle. There are 5 other hotels closer to the Sky Train; we will definitely pick a different one next time
