Apartment in a detached carriage house built to look like the 1920's craftsman-style house it sits behind. It is on a quiet residential street in Midtown Atlanta, only a few walkable blocks from Piedmont Park, dining, and nightlife. Also walkable to MARTA and other public transportation. Parking is available on the 2 intersecting streets out front at no charge.

The apartment is open and airy, with a wooden divider between the bedroom and living room. The queen-sized bed looks over a secluded garden that is also part of the property. Wi-Fi is fast, and there is a large TV with digital cable and HBO. The efficiency kitchen, with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator, comes equipped with pots, pans, a coffeemaker, plates, glasses, and utensils. Downstairs there is a washer and dryer which you may use at no additional cost; there is also an iron and ironing board.

Aside from access to the best part of Atlanta, guest will also have access to a spacious patio with outdoor seating and a firepit. Behind this is a garden with a small semi-private seating area. Note: the back yard is not fully fenced and not ideal for dogs to run unleashed.

What an absolutely lovely place to stay (even if the weather was so stormy!). Very clean, well appointed, and only wish the weather wasn't so stormy so we could have spent more time in the garden area. We brought our dog, and walking/exploring the neighborhood alone was worth the trip. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and though we didn't cook while there, plenty of pots/pans/dishes if you wanted to. Communication with Jesse was simple, easy, and he was responsive when we had an issue with our vehicle. Was a bit worried about street parking - but it wasn't a problem at all! In fact we could see our car right out the window and never had a problem getting a spot on the weekend or during the week. Great little get away spot for a single person or a couple. Thank you Jesse!

My husband & I stayed here an entire month and absolutely loved it. You won't find a better location - walk a half mile west to the Midtown Marta (where you can also pick up the free Stinger bus to Tech campus), a half mile east to TraderJoes & the Beltline, and just a couple blocks north to Piedmont Park. The carriage house is cozy, comfortable, and clean. For longer stays, it's worth noting there isn't a desk or dining space. Jesse has a set of folding tables available. Jesse was friendly and always responsive.

A Really Nice Place in a Safe, Quiet Location

I was in town for a competition and absolutely loved this place! Although I didn’t drive during my stay (Lyft all the way!), I parked on Durant Street which was super convenient and right across the street from the house.The HouseSparkling clean and so quiet. Modern Midtown Retreat – Walk to Atlanta Hotspots!

I had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo in Midtown Atlanta! The location was ideal—walking distance to Piedmont Park, great restaurants, and the MARTA station, which made getting around the city super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, with a lot of charm and character.The unit itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and stocked with all the essentials. The bed was really comfortable, and the space had a cozy vibe that made it feel like home. Wi-Fi was strong (a must for me), and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and even a small welcome guide to the area.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Perfect Location for Visit Home

Amazing location for visiting my daughter!

The carriage house was a fantastic place in a great location! We were able to walk the area, get to food (Nova Sushi is great) and easy Uber pick up. The place was clean and comfortable; a full kitchen allowed my daughter who loves baking a chance to cook and bake, and not have cafeteria food for awhile. Jesse was a great host and communicated with me easily and promptly. Honestly, this is where I will stay every visit and would rent it for my daughter if possible…we loved it that much. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Adorable!

This was the absolute perfect stay for the weekend. So close to everything, in such a cute and safe neighborhood, incredibly accessible and walkable. The place was incredibly clean and well kept, and so many thoughtful accents from a wonderful host!
