Not what we expected. The pictures are nice, but that's the best part of our stay. The suite was definitely renovated, and rather nicely concerning the age of the building. However, we were hopelessly overcome by the persistent odor from the sewer drains! After 2 nights, we had to find another place to stay. We paid for 5 nights, but just bailed. Our attendant explained nothing could be done to eliminate that odor, so after traveling 8,000 miles to get there, we were in no mood to fight for any money back. We HAD to go. The breakfast buffet was very well apportioned and very nice.

We opted to stay in 1 of their suites which was very large. However, it is located 2 1/2 blocks from the main hotel on a back street. Walking our luggage to the building was a bit difficult since the sidewalk is very uneven. Breakfast was very good wuth lots of choices.

We had a great stay at Suites Syngrou Fix. Check in was easy and hotel staff was able to keep our bags upon early arrival so we could explore our first day. Our room was extremely spacious. A/C could have worked a bit better but also understand it was much hotter than normal during our stay. Buffet breakfast at main hotel was great and had plenty of tasty options. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Suites, which is in a separate building just a little up the way from the main hotel (which is where you have to check in, out, and eat breakfast). The room was very spacious, the bathroom was large and the shower was great. The in-room coffee and refrigerator was very helpful. The breakfast was good, not great, but the coffee was solid! Some of the staff was very friendly and kind, some was on the opposite end of the spectrum, so hit and miss.

Nice room but disturbed rest by neighbours
Suites were a little distance away from the hotels @ syngrou fix where we checked in. Heard loud noises in the middle of the night that woke us up in shock. Otherwise, breakfast was great and room was functional.
