I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Red Roof Hotel. My husband, who doesn’t speak English, was treated with blatant discrimination. Instead of being patient or respectful, the staff made us feel unwelcome. One staff member in particular, Billy, was incredibly rude and had an attitude the entire time. She showed zero professionalism and treated us as if we didn’t belong there.To make matters worse, they escalated the situation by calling the police on us when we hadn’t done anything wrong and was just simply trying to get a room to sleep. It felt like we were targeted simply because of a language barrier, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. No guest deserves to be treated this way. If you value respectful and fair treatment, avoid this hotel at all costs. I would never recommend staying here.

The front desk was great and when I callled very helpful, but the room… I stayed because there was no other option on game day. The room smelled like smoke, strongly, was not cleaned so great, (linens were clean). Needs some repairs in the room. Beds were okay. Does have usb outlet by bedside lamps. The one below the nightstand was broken unfortunately. Normally I would chalk it up to a 2 star motel, but with the price increased to $263 with tax and fees, because of the UGA/TN game, unacceptable. I will not stay here again.

It was nice. I liked the room, the laundry machines there. There was even a nice man that talked to me there. The room was spacious and the bed was big. Everything was clean. I enjoyed my stay there. I couldve stayed there longer probably.

No Red Roof Inn for us again!
After staying at this hotel, I promised this would be the last time when i sacrifice my comfort for money. The biggest problem was the bed (and the most important one). I don't know what they use for the mattress base, but it was metal and every time i sat or tried to lay down it was like rolling on a metal can. I couldn't sleep and we had to stay there for 4 nights ;/. There were also guests smoking all kind of things on the staircases. That didn't feel great. Location is in the center of Commerce, with lots of local food shops and a mall near by. They did allow our dogs in for relatively low cost, that was good.

Had temp housing, due to storm...Staff we came into contact with we very friendly, except one cleaning lady but we work nights sleep in the day... went by the desk to add another night stay...were told by lady @ frt desk they could push cleaning to 1pm... but my wife tried to explain to cleaning lady and but she started screaming how its day two, room needs sevices and she had completed 22 rooms and our room was her last one.
