Do not rent this house
We rented and paid for this house. Reached out to the host multiple times. Host finally got back to us 2 days before our trip and said the "house is already rented, sorry". Completely unprofessional.

We travelled 12 hours and arrive to unmade beds and wet towels on the bathroom floors. I reached out to the property manager and they did send someone to clean. They arrived while I'm cooking dinner. This house was extremely expensive and for the price I expected more. Obviously will not be renting from this establishment again.

Athens wedding weekend
Communication with the host was difficult all along as it took many days for responses. We arrived to a NOT YET CLEANED house just after check in time. We had a rehearsal dinner to attend, had flown in from out of state & drove another 2 hours to Athens. We could not reach the host by phone, text or e-mail. Finally we spoke to her associate. Nobody had told the cleaning crew to clean after the last renters. Someone finally came to clean. The host never apologized or offered any compensation, so I only recommend her if you’re ok with lack of communication and an “I don’t care” attitude from the host. I also think the cost of this property is too high for what you get, the house is bare bones but comfortable. Our weekend was nice despite its rocky start.
