Staff were extremely kind, even with our confusing check in and trying to extend. The frustration we experienced was in NO way the fault of the hotel, rather IHG. Thank you for being understanding and kind during our stay!

This location nickel-and-dimes you for everything. The customer service was disappointing, and the front desk staff gave my wife a hard time during every interaction. The dog fees were overpriced, especially considering we were placed in a "dog-friendly" room that smelled awful. I could understand paying $240 if the room was clean and odor-free, but that was not the case.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I got the crapiest beds - they were super soft and sunk in when I laid down - did not rest well at all but I had no where else to go during my stay. The beds were not like this previously.
