Room Good, Staff ok.
Room was clean everyday but reaked of some cleaner. Was super strong. The hotel charged my card the day before I arrived even after I requested to pay at the hotel when I arrived. That is after waiting at the front desk for a decent while before anyone showed up. Someone else had been there waiting long before me. So around 9:30 I went downstairs to grab a snack and drink. No one was around for at least 10 minutes. The worker was on the second floor “taking a 5 minute break”. Bed was comfortable and the tv was of good size, but overall the staff made the stay the worse, not the room.

I loved the set/up on the bathroom and room in general. It made it very easy to do my hair and shower at ease. I also enjoyed using the pancake maker. That was neat. And last but not least the customer service was fantastic with everyone I interacted with during my stay.
