Ok, but not great
The hallways in the hotel smelled awful (floor 2 specifically). Our room thermostat was set to heat on high and 80 degrees when we walked in. And the room smelled musty we had to spray room freshener into the vents. Shower pressure was non existant. Bed and pillows were comfortable and black out shade pretty much did its job. Doors all close very loudly so you hear ever single slam throughout the morning. Location is convenient to downtown Athens and room rate and parking was affordable, so we will probably have to stay again next time we visit. Hopefully some of the issues will be resolved by then.

First off, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was nice. They are pet friendly with a $50.00 cleaning fee. The only problem I had was getting blocked in because the end of the back parking lot is narrow. If someone doesn't pull all the way up to the parking curb it is difficult to exit. I had to jump the curb and risk damage to my tires to get out without hitting a car. To add insult to injury, I was charged $10.00 for parking.
