Unwind at this stunning beachside cottage, just few minutes away from the main airport of Athens. The house was lovingly built with a wooden roof, giving a sense of village atmosphere. Enjoy the sea views and the sound of waves from the brand new attic. Take advantage of the unique location which gives ease of access to the unspoiled beach with fine white sand and crystal clear water. Although shops and restaurants are walking distance away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

- Master Bedroom: A spacious 20 sqm room with one double bed (160cm * 200cm - medium harness mattress, 2 strong & 2 soft pillows, cotton bedsheets, pique blanket, side bed light), a closet with hanging area, 3 drawers & 4 selves, a 43 inches LED FHD TV with Netflix and local channels, one armchair that can be transformed to a single bed & large window that provides views to the see, sound of waves while allows fresh air circulation and bright light during the day time (curtains are available).
- Bathroom: A spacious 4.5 sqm bathroom with WC, sink & shower. It has 2 large windows allowing fresh air circulation and bright light during day time.

- 2nd Bedroom: A xx sqm room with 2 single beds (90cm * 200cm) that can be connected to a queen size double bed upon request, a closet with hanging area, 3 drawers & 4 selves, a ceiling fan, a 32 inches LED FHD TV with Netflix and a large window that allows fresh air circulation (blackout curtains available).
- 2nd bathroom: A xx sqm bathroom with WC, sink & shower.
- Leaving Room: A big open space leaving room with a built in sofa that can be used as a single bed for 1 adult and 1 kid. A table for 4 persons. A 50 inches LED FHD TV with Netflix and a 2 large windows that allows fresh air circulation (blackout curtains available). A big fire place perfect for the cold days of the winter.
- Kitchen: A fully functional open space kitchen with oven and ceramic kitchen hobs, absorber, big size refrigerator with fridge, microwave, boiler, Nespresso coffee machine. Is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, water and wine glasses, pots, pans and frying pans.
