Vincci was a very lovely resort. We were pleased with the facilities, the pool, the restaurant, the rooms - everything was beautiful. We stayed there for 3 days before we headed to bustling Athens and it was a great place to acclimatize ourselves and get over the jet lag. We really enjoyed the live music and the views from the main restaurant patio. There were so many areas where you could sit and soak in the environment, it was amazing. There were lots of choices for breakfast and dinner as well and we also enjoyed sitting at the beach bar for lunch. We loved the walkways provided into the water at the beach so you weren't walking on the rocks - that was pretty genius. :) Thanks Vincci!

Fantastic hotel. Great location, wonderful room with large balcony (we took the family room which was perfect for 2 adults + 2 kids). Food was also great - both breakfast and the dinner buffet had wonderful choice and very good quality. The hotel beach is lovely and has water activities (at extra cost, but not too expensive and well worth it). Kids also enjoyed the kids club and the staff there was also lovely. Gym is also well equipped. Only thing to note for improvement is that the pools open at 11am which is a bit late when you have water-eager kids. I would recommend checking other websites, including the hotel's own, before booking via hotels.com. I'm a longstanding and very loyal hotels.com customer with many dozens of stays completed via the website. But they've now cancelled the Rewards stamps (what they put in place is lousy in comparison) AND the Price Match guarantee and I found a better price elsewhere. Shame that this is the direction they're taking and I now need to check other options before booking with them

Room mix up at check in, we received two twin beds instead of a queen bed and we brushed it off but the inconveniences continued with the limited dining options I would avoid the dinner buffet and walk off the resort and eat at Me Gusta which was fantastic. The beach was not as advertised in the pictures, extremely rocky and dangerous. Good luck finding a spot at the pool as all the sun beds are limited.

Had to change room three times to finally get what i had booked.Unexperienced personnel at front desk. Initially air conditioning did not work Waiting at the beach restaurant was 1 hour to get the food because they were as they told us understaffed

I liked the fact that the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was lovely. I thought the choice of breakfast and dinner was great. The only criticism I could offer, is that I would have liked to of had bottled sparkling water included in my half board booking when having either breakfast or dinner, and not having to pay for it separately. Also, my husband wished that the swimming pool opened earlier than 10am. Otherwise, we loved it.
