Our stay at Hotel Epidavros was great! Easy to find with great signage and stopping bay out front to unload your luggage. The guy at the front desk was amazing and helped me locate my flight details with a quick phone call, I had my boarding passes and he had checked me in within minutes! The area is perfectly safe, we walked home from the centre of the city after dark without concerns. You will see here in Athens what you have seen in Sydney Or any other large city. The room was perfect, a good size with everything clean, even the sheets were monographed. Aircon great, shower and bathroom size perfect for us (2) There is paid parking in the local streets but we managed to find a park twice on the street quite close. A short walk up the street takes you to a main road which leads to the centre, easy walk around 15mins or jump on a bus. Go anywhere with that ticket on any public transport for the next 90mins. Great value Hotel Epidavros! We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Epidavros. The staff are excellent and always willing to help. The room was good. The bathroom was a little dated but it was clean and it did the job required of it. The balcony was a welcome facility. Air conditioning worked well. There was a kettle and TV in the room. Much is said about the area surrounding the hotel. We had no problems. We used the local food take away shops which were great value for money. The area might be a little intimidating to some but I don’t think you’re likely to encounter any problems as long as you’re keeping yourself to yourself. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at Epidavros and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Hotel

Location: In der Nähe befindet sich eine Kirche. Sonst einige kleine Restaurants in der Nähe vom Metro.
Das Hotel ist ok, was alles jedoch verschlimmert ist die Lage des Hotels. Es hatte viele betrunkene, komische Menschen, die sich vor dem Hotel bis spät in die Nacht aufhielten. Für Familien mit Kindern NICHT GEEIGNET. Das Zimmer wurde wie versprochen jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Das Bett war gemütlich, wir hatten immer schön warmes Wasser. Die Minibar war leer(?!). Das Essen war "essbar" jedoch nicht unbedingt "geniessbar". Der Kaffee, Orangen- und Apfelsaft war sehr "flüssig" - nicht geniessbar. Die Auswahl war auch sehr klein. Das Metro war sehr nahe vom Hotel - sehr gut!! Fazit: Ok für uns - junges Paar - wenn man nicht tief in die Tasche greifen möchte.

Mainio meille

Hotelli oli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan ja sijainniltaan meidän tarpeisiimme mainio. Aluksi meille annettiin ihan pikkuruinen huone, missä ei voinut käyttää yöllä ilmalämpöpumppua, koska se puhalsi suoraan sänkyyn. Seuraavana aamuna pyysimme respasta isomman huoneen, koska majoituimme kuudeksi yöksi. Se järjestyi kivuttomasti. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, ja aamupalapöytä oli meille riittävä.

l'hôtel nous sommes restés 5 jours en juin

Emplacement très central je vous le conseille, nous avions un peu peur par rapport au dire du guide du routard quartier calme le soir et la nuit dans la journée nous n'y sommes pas restés. Arrivez sur place de l'aéroport a l'hôtel en 3/4 d'heure par le métro pour 8€ et 4 si vous avez 60 ans. Petit déj un peu simple

The worst hotel experience ever

We visit Athens regularly and this was probably the worst hotel experience ever. Hotel is located in Omonia area. Omonia has always had bad reputation and this hotel is definitely located on the unsafe part of the area. Hotel rooms and the service were fine but it doesn't make situation any better if you're too scared to go outside when it gets dark. The hotel elevator made a lot of noise all night long and both the guests and the staff were extremely loud. We couldn't sleep a bit. Do not pay anything extra for the breakfast. It was absolutely worth of nothing. Everything had finished even the bread when we went to eat. We are not that picky but basically the only thing we could eat/drink was the tea/coffee. All the breakfast products were the cheapest available ones and tasted horrible.

Bon rpport qualité - prix

Chambre propre avec clime, petit déjeuner inclus, rénové probablement. Pas mal pour le prix. Mais comme je l'ai dis pour un autre hotel dans le même quartier ça craint la nuit le quartier. Mais par chance un resto tipique grèc est juste en face du hotel donc pas besoin de se deplacer pour manger. Chose bisare les taximetristes ne voulais pas trop aller quand ils entendaient Koumoundouru street :)
