They canceled on Us the Day of our Trip!

VRBO dropped the ball! My family had to spend thanksgiving in a hotel! I had to throw out our entire Thanksgiving dinner that we packed in coolers I. Addition to the other food that we brought with us. They I was stuck to find other accommodations for my family. If I cancelled I would have been charged the entire rental fee. The owner cancels and my family was thrown into the street on a holiday!

UGA graduation weekend

The vacation property was well stocked, very clean, well decorated and close to UGA campus. The owner had left extra toiletries and snacks for our use if needed. As it turns out, we did need the tooth brushes that were left. She had even left a graduation balloon and gift for my daughter! I would highly recommend this property.

Best rental 2019 for our family

Besides the home being so beautiful and elegant, it's in a prime location. Vickie and Dan go way above their responsibilities of being an owner,,, even the teenagers voted this our best house out the 5 we have rented. The pictures do not do this home justice. It looks smaller from the front but is very spacious. And Vickie and Dan furnished everything we needed. The view front the back porch is amazing.

The house looked like it was new and very well maintained. Good location for a UGA game if you park on the north end of town. Very nice amenities. Communication was excellent. A very quiet neighborhood.
