It takes very long time to check in. Few staff and very slow. When received the room there was a couple in the room having sex when we can in. Thankfully the kids did not see it. The hotel apologized and gave us breakfast as compensation …. Seriously ??? There were not enough beach towrls to provide us. We had to argue with them to bring us towels from the spa. The beach area is not so nice. It is a huge very crowded resort. It costs a lot of money to get to the airport. If you are thinking of it as an overnight - don’t !!! Stay away. Not worth the money !

It was the worst property we ever stayed at. The staff was terrible, the accommodations were dirty and run down. Terrible area with cats running around the property. Very disappointed. Air conditioning unit was so loud it kept us up all night. This property should be removed from Expedia.

A real tale of two halves this one. When we checked in, the staff were slow and very preoccupied with their mobile phones. We were given very limited information as to how the hotel worked, such as where to get towels for the pool or how to order room service. And then the room was basic, clean, but basic. And as we overlooked the swimming pool, all we could hear was booom boom house music. We should have had a card in the room with a QR code for the room service, but ours was missing, along with milk for our tea and coffee. Then the air con broke down, but it was fixed within 30 minutes, so that was great. Then the next day. What a difference. Had a lovely breakfast up on the roof, with a couple of coffees and some fruit juice. Then we chilled on the beach (we managed to find how to get towels by now) and swam in the sea, until we had to head to the airport. We were even allowed to use the spa for a quick shower, which was lovely. So to sum up, its definitely not a bad place to stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement. And as others have said, its not a 5* hotel, albeit the cost of a room may suggest otherwise. I'd recommend staying there if you need to be near the airport, otherwise i'd look further afield for somewhere.

Here’s a polished review for Dolce by Wyndham Athens Attica Riviera: "I stayed overnight at Dolce by Wyndham Athens Attica Riviera and was absolutely stunned by this beautiful property. The view from my balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the water on what they call the Athens Riviera. The hotel itself is detailed and ornate, with a luxurious charm that’s hard to find. Even though my stay was short, it was tempting to extend my visit just to enjoy more of the lush surroundings and wonderful amenities. A hidden gem that makes you want to stay longer!"

The room wasn’t at all as I had expected from pictures and for a 5 star. The room was tiny, there was water damage and mold on the baseboards. Room service was limited, the food was below average. I wouldn’t stay here again. I can’t recommend. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The whole place looked dirty, old carpet and smelled bad.

Room had holes in the walls, black mould coming though the walls around the shower and the outdoor furniture was falling apart. Went to restaurant for dinner and left due to no service after sitting for 20 minutes. Ordered room service and the food was cold. Impressive reception but all downhill from there.

Overall pleasant and convenient to to the airport for an early morning island hop flight, but property definitely needs updating. Restaurant service was very pleasant but extremely slow. On the positive side, very comfy king bed, good hvac, excellent rain head shower, nice views of the water.

I loved this hotel/resort! The pool area and restaurants are all very nice. The views are breathtaking and there is direct access to the beach! The bathroom in my room could stand some modernization and renovation. Also there are a lot of cats lurking around the property.

We really enjoyed the pool set up, drinks/lunch, the entertainment and dance class. We had a lot of fun. Felt like a resort. Loved the beach umbrellas and the mountain view. It was a good hotel find and we were flying out the next morning and were able to schedule an Uber for 5:15 pick up. Granted the hotel doesn’t make the arrangements we did that on our own. There is free no shuttle accommodation. Hotel is about 20 minutes to airport.

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of our trip to Greece. Pros: -Staff -Views sea, beach, & mountains -Pool (we additionally upgraded to a suite with a private pool & large patio) -All inclusive breakfast, including espresso beverages! -Golf cart services to chauffeur around resort, help with luggage, and drop offs to room -Location, 17 minute drive to Athens airport Cons: -Poor air conditioning, failed on last day with error code flashing -2cm gap between bottom of door and threshold which allowed for various bugs to crawl inside -Room key cards failed 3 times locking us out of our room & locked safe -Door handle on the inside of the door broken off -Door would only lock if slammed shut -Pool towels tattered with holes

Check in staff seemed overwhelmed and there were just 6 people waiting to check in… it took an average of probably 15 min per person to check people in. The person who checked us in was nice and gave us an upgraded room with its own pool.
