The place looked like a shut down business. We didn’t stay there. We went somewhere else and had to spend twice the money.

Dirty, stinky, unsanitary, unsafe
The room was dirty and smelly. Shower barely functional and bath did not drain. Had to stand in 6 inches of water for a quick shower and half of the water sprayed on the ceiling. Had a rash on both feet and ankles from the standing water. Floor not clean. Bottom of socks were black. Bedding was dirty and smelled of mildew. I left in the middle of the night and drove 2.5 hours home to get a shower and some sleep. Terrible experience all around. The guys working the desk were nice enough. I would have had to wait in line to complain about everything because so many people were irate that they’d spent money to stay there. Every time I walked out of the room someone would stop me to ask if my room was as bad as theirs. The place must have significant health code violations.
There was white paint all throughout the room.
The AC didn’t really work and gave me a sinus headache.

There were dirty underwear from a previous quest found in our bathroom upon our arrival. I contacted the front desk and they came up and removed them without offering to reclean our room. The bathrrom drain was so slow it took 4 hour to drain amd only 1 of us could take a shower. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at and i will never return!

No apparent upgrades in many years. an experience all too common these days with mismanaged "cheaper" hotel chains TV was inoperable upon arrival, but we fixed it ourselves Entrance door to room looked like it was original from 1980s. Lock barely worked and gaps in frame

I received good value for the room rate. No surprises. Room was clean. Bedding was clean. Lots of pillows made up for average mattress. TV was new and the cable worked fine. Toilet and shower worked. Good water pressure. Plenty of hot water.

It wasn’t bad for the price but the staff watch your every move which was creepy. I parked in front of my room and picked up my keys and phone to exit the car and before my feet hit the ground a staff member appeared out of nowhere to yell at my for holding everything in one hand and I need to keep my room key far away from my phone. The bed was definitely worn out and was hard but the room was as clean as you can expect for cheap hotels

Service was great, very friendly and helpful. They told me that the fitness room was closed and has been since COVID, I was disappointed about that because that was one reason why I chose to stay there. Hotel was quite outdated and the room was very dusty, I had to wipe everything down when I got in there, it was very very hot in the room, I booked in advance so I felt that they could have turned the air conditioner on before I got there so it would be comfortable in the room. The dresser drawers were broken and would not close all the way. The bathroom must have been recently painted because there was blue painters tape on the shower curtain rod.

Our assigned room the key would not work in the door, so we had to go with the double room next door, which was fine, you can tell they have not updated in a while, knobs on sink came off, toilet very loud when it flushed, no lightbulbs in 4 of the lights in the room. Very quiet location but updating to the rooms is in need.

The rooms were very dirty, hair around the sink, dead bugs behind bathroom door. The rooms smelled either of perfume or stale cigarettes. I don't think the floors have ever been cleaned. Fan in bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. Free breakfast was coffee and protein bar. Rooms were expensive and there was an additional pet fee that you didn't know about until check-in.

I was under no impression that I was booking a five-star hotel. However this was very bad. My " Non-Smoking room" reeked of cigarettes. The bed wasn't even a bed, it was just a couple of pieces of wood on the floor with a mattress on top. The water smelled funny. 0/10 would recommend, It's only redeeming value is that The staff was at least pleasant.
