Close to plenty of things! They provided coffee and wine for free in the room. The receptionist was super friendly. She had lots of great suggestions! WiFi and air con were fantastic as well. I don't know that I would walk around as a single female at night, but if you're with someone, I think it would definitely be okay.

Surprisingly nice once inside room.Was a little concerned with the neighbor hood and the outside if the building.Was much better once in room..Close to metro.Deposit fee required as well...was not informed of this.

Th reception is actually about 500m away in a different street but son't let that stop you. The suite we stayed in was wonderful. Spacious, clean, big tv, quiet, excellent bed and pillows. We literally were using it as a haven the day before we flew home so it was perfect for us. Restaurants everywhere nearby, cafes and patisseries too. Local bus stop a minute away to get around if you know how. Traina few minutes walk to get to the Colosseum.

This room was unreal! Super spacious, had little quirks and everything that you needed. Thank you for the Netflix too! It was just located in a pretty dodgy area and had limited dining options nearby. Close to the metro though if you want to go anywhere.

Very nicely remade, nicely set up flat in a so-so area, but that was clear from the map. Only 2 small remarks-the big bathroom would have been better split so as to get a 2d toilet, and... no microwave and the kitchen has carpet on the floor- design fault. Service and respecting promises is where it gets iffy. The (very nice) young lady first tried per her instructions to charge 80% (!?) more for 2 extra guests until I PROVED in writing the room was prepaid for all . For their promise to keep the suitcases until 7pm .. i didnt find their written ok on my phone... and since she went home at 16 i had to pay another 40% of the price to a luggage keeper. Also, they wanted a full night's price for one hour late check out. So be prepared. in hindsight i'd probably have taken another flat, even if this one was esthetically pleasing and there was water and coffee...

the property is in a very bad part of town. the metro station has many pickpockets. the area is not recommended for travelers. would like to talk to the CEO of Expedia of why this hotel was chosen for Expedia.

At check in, we were told our room was ready. The receptionist took us to our room which was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel lobby. Upon our arrival in the room, it was not ready yet from the night before. This left us with an uneasy feeling, especially because the area we were in did not seem to be the best. The building the room was in was also not very appealing to the eye. However, the room (after it was cleaned,) was nice.
