Bien sûr, voici un exemple de commentaire négatif constructif que vous pouvez publier en ligne. L’idée est de rester respectueux tout en exprimant clairement vos préoccupations : Titre : Décevant, je ne recommande pas Mon séjour à l’Athens Tower Hotel a été très décevant. Voici les principaux points qui m’ont dérangé : 1. Propreté : Les chambres n’étaient pas aussi propres que je l’espérais, avec des détails négligés (ex. : commode mal nettoyée, on y voyait des traces de graisse). 2. Service : Le personnel était correct. 3. Qualité des équipements : Certains équipements semblaient vétustes ou ne fonctionnaient pas correctement (ex. : ascenseurs pas pratiques). 4. Petit-déjeuner décevant : le petit-déjeuner de l’Athens Tower Hotel était très en dessous de mes attentes. Le choix était limité, et les produits proposés étaient de qualité médiocre. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, je m’attendais à bien mieux. 5. Rapport qualité-prix : Pour le prix payé, je m’attendais à un niveau de confort bien supérieur. En résumé, l’expérience n’a pas répondu à mes attentes, et je ne reviendrai probablement pas. J’espère que l’hôtel prendra ces remarques en considération pour s’améliorer à l’avenir.

Das Hotel ist an einer top Lage, es ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Es dürfte etwas sauberer sein. Das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ein totaler Reinfall. Trockenes Brot, kalte Speisen, nur schwarzen Kaffee und Tee, für alles andere muss man extra zahlen. Eine Sorte Marmelade und Butter die schon 3 x geschmolzen war und wieder gekühlt.

Sehr zentral gelegen - von der Metro nur über die Strasse und man ist im Hotel.

First few good things about hotel: Location is very good, roof top terrace is nice with good views allaroun the city. Room was nice and clean. Then about thins that werent so good. Disturbingly noisy, there is no soundproofing at all so every sound from hallway or other rooms will be heard from room. Just below our room there was some kind of renovation going on and they started drilling concrete at 7.30 am also yard next to hotel was under construction and they started to remove concrete early on morning. Earplugs werent enough to cancel this nightmere. Breakfast was little bit worse every morning also staff in breakfast werent so kind and welcoming. When we were checking out they didnt even bother to ask how was our stay.

Sijainti erinomainen, lähellä kaikkea. Monastirakin asema 20 metrin päässä. Hotellin sisäänkäynti vähän ”piilossa” porttikongissa. Henkilökunta erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen. Kaksi pientä hissiä, joiden toiminta hiukan epävarma. Paljon jonoa iltaisin kun samaa hissiä käyttää myös kattobaarin asiakkaat. Huone oli siisti ja iso. Suihkun aikana huone höyrystyy koska mitään ilmanvaihtoluukkua ei ole. Ikkuna oli kadulle, mahtavat maisemat mutta äänieristys puuttuu, meteliä pitkälle aamuyöhön. Korvatulpat kannattaa ottaa mukaan jos on herkkäuninen. Aamiainen valittiin listalta, 4 vaihtoehtoa, tarjoiltiin pöytään. Maku oli hyvä ja sitä oli riittävästi, mutta jos odotat ”hotellin buffetaamiaista” tämä ei ole se.
