Disappointing Experience - Definitely Not Worth the Price* I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The housekeeping and room cleanliness were absolutely dreadful. There was no soap in the bathroom, the floors were filthy, and worst of all, there were bed bugs! It’s unacceptable for any hotel to be in such a state. To make matters worse, the restaurant service was just as bad. The restaurant was overcrowded, and due to a severe shortage of staff, the service was slow and chaotic. I had to stand in a queue for at least 15 minutes just to get tea or coffee. The space was so cramped, and with the high number of guests, it was impossible to enjoy a meal in peace. This hotel is definitely not what it claims to be. Based on my experience, I’d rate it as a maximum of 2 stars. The poor housekeeping, lack of basic amenities, overcrowded dining area, and slow service made for a very unpleasant stay. I won’t be coming back!
