Arrived on a rainy day and someone came out to get me from the taxi with an umbrella. I was escorted inside and shown my room. Very luxurious reception and treatment. The room was great and the balcony bath was fantastic. Never bathed so many times in a single day. Property is a bit far from the commercial area of Atami, and a decent walk is required if not driving or taking a taxi.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and let me say this is the best stay we have had so far in all of Japan. Food was wonderful, everything was so clean, staff was great. My husband and I were very impressed. The room was so spacious. Very worth it!!

The service was great, and the tub on the balcony was nice as a couple to enjoy the onsen experience in a private setup. The dinner was very nice especially with mostly local sake match. The onsen water quality was great. Don’t take stairs :)

Definitely will recommend Soki Atami! The facilities are great for a restful retreat. Breakfast was awesome and staff were friendly too. * 部屋がとても綺麗 * アメニティが充実していて、女性でも着替え以外何も持って行かなくて大丈夫（大浴場はクレンジング含めたスキンケア系・シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープをOSAJIで揃えられていて、部屋にもスキンケア系・ハンドソープはOSAJI、シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープがukaでした！） * 内風呂のヒバ風呂が良い香り * スタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧 * 朝食はボリュームもバランスも大変素晴らしかった * お茶の種類が何種類もあって、くつろぎの一時をあちこちで楽しめた と、大満足のお宿でした。 またここのホテルに泊まる前提での旅行計画を立てそうです。
