Extra clean, good location, hospitable staff
The apartment was extremely clean and has very good location at Atakum beach. All facilities are very close by, super market, bars, restaurants, public transport. The manager was very helpful all the time during our stay, always willing to help and accurate in communication. The apartment is good for short and long term stay.

Imganzen sehr gut und nur 1 minute vom Meer. Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Stoecke was sehr praktisch ist.

Buse hanımın ilgisi olmasa daha kötü puan verecektim. Bu puanlar kendisine. Otele değil. Otel acilen depozito uygulamasına geçmeli. Mutfak eşyalarının eksikliğini belirttiğimizde müşteriler tarafından götürüldüğü belirtildi çünkü. Konumun sahilde olması avantaj gibi gözükse de otopark ciddi sorun. Sahilin genel paralı otoparkının çıkışı da otelin sokağından olduğu için özellikle akşamları tam bir keşmekeş. Otel girişinde ve çıkışında ciddi güvenlik zaafiyeti var. Kimin girip çıktığı belli değil. Sorumlu yada güvenlik yok. Yasa gereği kimlik sorulmalı ki bizden sorulmadı. Şimdiye kadar gittiğim otellerde mutlaka bir yetkili kimlik sormuş ve bir kopyasını almıştır. Yabancı uyruklunun bol olduğu bu otelde umarım bu ciddi eksiklik de giderilir. Gece rahatsız edici düzeyde ses olabiliyor dışardan. Son gecemizde bir araçtan 3 yada 2 gibi arabik müzikler dinledik. Özetle her aramamıza sabır ve ilgiyle karşılık veren buse hanım dışında tavsiyelik bişey yok.

2 gece konaklama aile olarak gittik, Acil bir nedenle ilk gün gece geri dönmek zorunda kaldık. Apart otel olarak konforuda, eşyalarda, otel konumuda gayet iyiydi. En kısa zamanda tekrar gidecegiz. kesinlikle BEŞ PARA ETMEZZZZZZ.
Tek kelime ile anlatmak gerekirse berbat buldum.Öncelikle leş gibi sigara kokusu olan bir 2 odalı daire verildi.Koltukların üzeri pislik içerisinde ve ayrıca hayvan kılları vardı.Temizlenmemiş.Tuvalet su kaçırıyordu.banyo aynı şekilde pisti.Hava serin olduğu için yorgan istedik,yorganlar küflenmiş o yüzden yok isterseniz o şekilde verelim demeleri ayrıca sözün bittiği yer oldu.2 aile ayrı 2 daire tuttuk ikimizde aynı şikayetler ile gece 23:00 de girmemize rağmen sabah 06:30 da anahtarları kapı önüne bırakarak resmen kaçtık.O paraya asla değmeyecek bir yer,memnun kalanların nasıl başardıgını anlayamadım.Ya memnuniyet eşikleri çok düşük ya da bize denk gelen berbat bir temizlikçileri ve yönetimleri var.

Great location just in front of the beach and nice apartment but poor cleaning at our arrival, no pots and wrong address listed on the website so for sure the managemnt can improve
