The toilet was very loud, the keys didnt work 3 times, no lids for coffee which caused 2nd degree burns on forearm. Bed was comfortable, and view of marina was great.

Come evening we discovered that the balcony slider didn’t lock. Changed rooms. When going to turn on floor lamp there was an empty beer can in the corner that wasn’t ours. So someone didn’t do a thorough cleaning job. Beds were a little hard

Where do I start? 1. Our theme room experience was ruined when we discovered the bed frame was broken and the rest were booked. 2. Our 2nd room, looked like dog poop on corner of bedding. Heat did not work and they had to change thermostat. 3. We left to grab food while they fixed it. Put our leftovers in fridge only to find out in the morning that the fridge was unplugged so they were ruined. 4. Sliding glass door didn't lock and no stick to place in door as backup lock. 5. This place used to be cool but now feels like the ownership is riding it out making profits without repairing/upgrading until the developers come calling. What a shame...

25 years ago this was a nice property. Nothing has been done to maintain it other than new beds, TV’s, and linens. The complimentary breakfast was barely worth eating. The bathrooms are shabby to say the least,floors are old, stained linoleum. The sink counter is trying to fall apart. The carpet in the rest of the room is stained. The drapes don’t close properly and are very dated. The best part of the stay is that you are overlooking the harbor. Also found a couple good dining spots.

We stayed in the King Model room 205. The carpet was the dirty, stained old carpet, not new like the rest of the room decor showcasing the future look. That was disappointing. Not sure the upgrades are worth the $219/nt cost.

My husband and I have stayed at the Riverview many times. We really enjoyed our evening. We had two chairs facing the glass deck door overlooking the harbor. It was a quiet, peaceful evening with a great view. The property is a little dated, but was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay. The bed was comfortable and the shower head very powerful. We will stay again.
