Wonderful Stay on the River

Nice Condo Great Location

The condo was very clean in a nice location and matched the photos in the listing. Being on the Roaring Fork River was a plus. Brian was very easy to work with. If you are contemplating renting the condo during the summer be aware that there is no air conditioning. While we were in Aspen last week the temps were in the mid 80's. Also, the condo is on the third floor of the building with no elevator so if you have a lot of gear to haul up you should be aware of this fact.

Great location in Aspen!

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us, and the location was super convenient to the base of Ajax and City Market. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was a very nice touch. The living area was cozy and spacious enough for the 4 of us, with a big dining table. The bathrooms were nicely updated, and the steam shower in the master was lovely. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses were not super comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family. The location is close to town (5 minute walk). The host was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth. The place is clean and well stocked. Everything was really great. Will book again.

Ideal place to stay when in Aspen

Our stay at the unit was great! Brian’s attentiveness to every detail and request was immediate and unsurpassed. You can tell he cares about his guests’ experiences. The location of the unit was ideal to the town, a short 10 mn walk from the action. The unit was remodeled and is in great condition. We would stay there anytime! Thank you Brian!

Clean, Very nice place, and a PM with a quick response time

Nice place with mountain views and sounds of the creek. The property manager, "Brian" was quick to respond to our cries of no sponge and no coffee filters (it is debatable if the coffee machine could have been run without filters). In Brian's defense, the usual cleaning lady was out with the birth of her granddaughter so I expect this was a one-time deal. Overall, great experience and we would rent again.

Great Stay Again!

This is our second year at Chateau Roaring Fork, in this same unit. Great location, Roaring Fork river in the backyard is idyllic. Walk or east bike to town, and Brian the property manager is great. We ran out of propane for the grill, and it was replaced rapidly with no issues! Thanks again

Great Stay!

Overall, a great property, as advertised. The only issue was the internet, which was not working for part of the stay. Spoke with property manager who informed me that this was a building-wide issue that was being addressed in the near future. Other than this issue, no complaints and had a great time staying here duringm y trip to Aspen

Cozy, clean, fully appointed chalet-style condo

Overall great rental! The location was very close (easily walkable) to all the essentials & famous Aspen entertainment/hospitality. Balcony over the river provided tranquility & privacy! Not having an elevator was the only single concern some folks might have, but easily outweighed by being on the 3rd floor with those beautiful beamed, vaulted ceilings & Mountain View’s! Tastefully remodeled baths & kitchen were in perfect shape, the later having all conceivable necessities to prepare full family meals. The unit became as comfortable as our home in a matter of days!! The amenities, especially the steam shower & huge outdoor jacuzzi were perfect after amazing days skiing, while rare in-unit washer/dryer is super convenient! Brian & his entire team were A+ from reservations, suggestions, assistance, cleaning (Abigail & team are spectacular & came daily to quickly tidy up) & the single unforeseen shower head repair that was seemingly magically resolved by the time we returned home! Great overall experience & already rebooked for next year & hopefully more!! This is a great property!
