Pro: breakfast (waffles!), hot water, terrific smelling shampoo/conditioner/body wash, comfortable bed & nice linens. Cons: Room 218: musty/moldy air in room, leaky shower faucet, STRONG water pressure suitable for a car wash. Make sure your contacts don't come out.

Key entry issue
The card keysystem did not work. It had been down for 3 days. The front desk had to let you into the room. So you had no key to the room. I have never experienced that before.

Could not check in. Nobody working front desk.
I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to show up for the front desk to check in. While waiting I called them from my phone and the desk phone rang forever with no one to answer it. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Conveniently close to Ashland down town. Star bucks 5 minutes away. The bed was perfect and the decor was super nice. The breakfast was good, the staff pleasant. A perfect place to stay.

Arrived at this location with television not working in room. Hotel representative worked on television for a hour and still could not get it working. In addition starting at 9:00 at night kids continued to run down hallways for a hour and a half. Called front desk three times about this noise and nothing was done about it.

The room was really clean and the staff were really nice! Was worried staying in Ashland based on what I’d heard but this place was great. Had a mini fridge, microwave and a smart tv in our room. The AC went down to 60* which is really important to me because I do NOT do heat!
