New Tiny Home Steps Away From Mt. Rainier

Live large in Ashford's newest tiny home vacation rental. Built in 2021, this property was created with comfort in mind. On 1.8 private acres, you will enjoy peace and relaxation. Sit out on the front porch with your morning cup of coffee watching the deer go by. Take the short 1.2 mile drive or walk to the entrance of Mt. Rainier skipping the traffic line that can be miles long. Relax, unwind, adventure... welcome to the mountain!
The space
This cozy tiny home has a lot to offer in it's 600 sq. ft! A/C, storage space, and the most comfortable couch with electric recliners are just a few of the features included for your comfort. While the main living area is on one floor, you must navigate five steps to enter the home.

The 2nd bedroom is in a lofted area with 4' ceilings that is accessed by additional stairs. Please note that the railing from the loft to the main floor is lower than a conventional railing. This bedroom space is most suited to guests that can navigate the stairs, low ceiling, and safety precautions given the low railing.

While the home may be tiny, the property is expansive. Sit out on the covered porch to take it all in. Venture onto the patio for a nightly fire or outdoor game. Grill dinner on the provided propane grill and eat under the trees at the outdoor patio table.

Other things to note
We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. Pet fee is per dog($60). We are not able to host any other animals/pets. A $250 fee is assessed for unregistered dogs.
-Dogs must be 2+ years old at time of reservation to stay.
-Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas of home (kitchen, family room).
-Dogs may not go into bedrooms or lofts.
-While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets and/or sofa covers that can be used if this is not possible for your dog.
-Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
-All excrement must be picked up outside.
-Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure.
-Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property.

Grill, patio furniture, and/or hammocks are available Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount.

The hot tub chemicals are balanced twice a week. The tech is onsite for approximately 15 minutes. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions or skin sensitivities. Please consult with your doctor prior to use if this applies to you.

Infants are counted within the max occupancy of our home and should be registered as children.

Great place to stay with kids
We recently stayed here with me, my 8 year old and my 69 year old mom. The accommodations were perfect for all of us. The couch was super comfy and it was nice to have a full kitchen, a coffee pot, and ice (we stayed after exploring and camping)! The tiny cabin was super clean and beds were comfy.

Tiny Home
A cute little tiny home, comfortable, cozy. Would recommend some attention to kitchenware. There were a total of 3 glasses...1 large, two small. And a few more salad plates..3 only. Otherwise no complaints.

Great spot for Mt Rainier Adventures!
This tiny home was a perfect base for our Mt Rainier hiking adventures! It's as close as you can get to the Paradise Entrance (and saved us A LOT of time waiting in line to get into the park!). It has everything we needed to unwind after a day of hiking, including a full kitchen, fire pit, and HOT TUB!

Great Cabin & Location
The cabin we stayed out was great for our group of four friends! It was very comfy and was in a great location. The hot tub they have was really nice to use after a day of hiking. Whenever we had a question we could reach out to Nick and they would respond quickly. I highly recommend booking this cabin for your stay.
