Very nice overall. The outlets may be walkable but it’s not a safe walk. Highway crossing and most of the outlet shops said open until 8 but were closed when we went at 6pm. Hotel is very nice and I do recommend it.

Bed was comfortable and water pressure in shower was good. Other than that, I was truly disappointed in this hotel. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is in reality. Chose this property due to the presense of an indoor and outdoor pool. Both were closed upon check-in. Outdoor pool re-opened the next day, but since it had been just refilled, it was a bit cool for me. Strangest experience is that when we returned after a full day at the Biltmore Estate, we found our room door propped open (assume by the cleaning staff.) Nothing was missing, but not a comfortable discovery for sure.

First and foremost, the staff is exceptional. They are quick to respond, extremely friendly, and go out of their way to help their guests. Unfortunately, their supply truck didnt come in time for breakfast, so the employee was scrambling as most as possible to help everyone. There were no paper plates, but they went out of their way to run to a store and purchase more. Absolutely hard workers that need more credit. I only gave 4 stars because the moment I came to my room I saw a device used to break into hotels rooms laying on the ground across the way from me. Made me feel uneasy, and didnt have the best sleep from constantly listening for the door. My kids slept well, and the hotel is extremely quiet. Could not hear any of my neighbors until I made it to the hallway.
