3 bedroom exec static, Perfect accomodation for a family break, on a great holiday park

This comfortable lodge sleeps 2 adults plus 4 children in a double room plus two twin rooms, family bathroom with shower, a cosy lounge with a selection of games and DVD's, dining area and fully equiped kitchen. The lodge is sited on the outskirts of Ashbourne Heights holiday park, meaning it benefits from the amenities of the park including an indoor pool (some additional charges apply), but is also quiet and the perfect place to relax after exploring the Peak District.

The site has a children's outdoor play area & grass area.

With direct access to Tissington Trail from the site, this can be walked for miles to explore some of the beautiful scenery Derbyshire has to offer.

**Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development. This is a family Friendly park, Please keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply will lead to a fine. **

Upon check out please return the keys to the key safe box, Please DO NOT take them to reception or in the key drop box!!! This can lead to lost keys and a charge.

Bedding stripped off all beds
Towels left in the bath
If furniture moved, it is placed back

All perishable items removed and placed into outside bins
Fridge & cupboard empty of food items
Outside areas free of rubbish and debris
Failure to do so may result in charges being incurred.

Lovely Setting
We had a lovely weekend, the lodge was well maintained. The site was perfect for our family for the weekend, lots of space for the kids to run around and play at the park.

My experience
This is an amazing place for families to get away or even friends. The park is beautiful, the properties in and around are amazing. I love the place just like my family said and also agrees with me. When you are there, try hiking and oh, don't forget to go to Dovedale national Park. Awesome place. Overall, it's just perfect for a stay away.

Review
Overall good but no hangers in wardrobes which made them useless for clothe storage. Dvd player didn't connect to TV...I e didn't work. No hooks to hang anything on ( other than hallway) small think items like this make big difference to convince during stay. Cutlery looked good but was cheap a fell apart while eating....a right pain. If owner stayed there for a week sure this minor niggles would be fixed.

Great location, clean and friendly place.
Lovely site, lovely area and brilliant caravan. There were a few amenities missing from what was listed on the website but after contacting the company owners we were able to sort this. Ashbourne is a lovely village and the local pubs serve great food! The caravan itself used its space very well, having 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms was great! A very nice break.
