Casa Leotta (110sqm) is nestled in the middle of Crete Senesi at approximately 10km from Siena and 15km from Asciano.
From the property there are magnificent views of the landscape.

The villa has a large fenced garden (about 2400 sqm) with olive trees and orchards, private swimming pool. The villa has been restored maintaining the traditional wood beamed ceilings and cotto flooring. The bedrooms have parquet flooring. From bedrooms there are beautiful views of the swimming pool and countryside. Siena is also visible in the distance. Bus stop to reach Siena 5km from the property should you not want to drive to Siena (limited hours). Parking is within the property.

Ground floor: living room with sofa, stereo, TV, fireplace, kitchen (gas hob 6 rings, oven, dishwasher, fridge, refrigerator). From the kitchen there is a door that leads out to a furnished covered patio for 'al fresco' dining. At the back of the villa there is another covered patio. One bathroom with shower.

First floor: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (double upon request), one bathroom with shower.
