The holiday chalet was built in 2003 in a Bavarian style. It is in the Upper Prien Valley holiday world, on a residential cul-de-sac in an absolutely quiet location, with residential traffic only.The upper floor of the house provides two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a big cupboard and a balcony, the other with a sofa bed and additional gallery with three more beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC. The ground floor comprises an open kitchen with a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, toaster, ceramic hob and oven, a cosy sitting corner, a fireplace stove, a living room and a WC. Satellite TV and a CD stereo system are provided. A junior travel bed can be provided on request.Outside there is a big balcony terrace with garden chairs and a table.There is a car parking space right near the house and about 200 metres away there is also a car port for a second car.
