Staff was helpful and professional. The property was located in a great area. Mall across the street and walking distance to restaurants and shopping area. My only complaint is that the room could have been cleaner (webs behind curtains in corner and drawers were not wiped out).

Large, clean room. The bed is super comfortable, the best I have found in a hotel so far! Blackout curtains, but some light leaks in from below the curtain, the noise from the street is well isolated when the window is closed. The air-conditioning works well in summer. The location is superb: opposite the mall (which has supermarket, drugstore, some food options); also just 5-10mins from the town centre with lots of food, 10 mins to the train station (or bus stop right beside the hotel). The room can be a bit too dark at night as the room lighting is limited. The table is a glossy surface, so my mouse had issues without something underneath; and the table only had one AC socket so I could not plug in 2 laptops at once.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. A mall was right across the street and most tourist attractions were walkable. Will choose this hotel again for my next trip

Great hotel in a central location
The hotel is a short walk to the centre. There is a nice bar and a free coffee machine. I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr netter flexibler Service. Ein Mangel am ersten Zimmer wurde sofort mit der Zuteilung einer neuen Räumlichkeit und der Einladung zum Frühstück am nächsten Tag versüßt. Generell kostenlose Erstbefüllung der Minibar, kostenloses Wasser und kostenlose Kaffeespezialitäten während des ganzen Aufenthaltes im Foyer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auch wenn es schon eine Weile her ist: ich vermisse den „Video on demand“ Service, den Dormero mal hatte. Es war einfach angenehm, nicht auf das zweifelhafte Fernsehprogramm angewiesen zu sein, sondern ein Filmprogramm zur Auswahl zu haben. Zimmer etc war soweit erwartungsgemäß, keine Klagen bis auf einen Punkt. Frühstück hatten wir keins; es gibt reichlich Optionen dafür in bequemer Laufreichweite. Der eine Klagepunkt: die Toilette im Zimmer war undicht. Die Auffangschüssel darunter konnte die Tropfen nicht mehr halten, so dass Toilettenwasser Richtung Dusche lief. Das sollte in einem Hotel nicht passieren.
