It was nice and quiet with nice breakfast and friendly staff. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a great place to use as a base. Lots of eating options nearby. We were happy we stayed here.

Great place to stay in Asahikawa!
Very good location, Great public bath, Nice room but it was a little bit tight. Good amenities like the vending machine room, relaxation room, and convince store. Even though it was near lots of public transportation the room was very quiet.

Very nice hotel just a minute away from the Asahikawa JR station, and just opposit ethe Toyota Car Rental Great and spacious room, nice shopping & dinning nearby

Right next to JR station . But we drove from Sapporo parking was seem less with a fee. It was ok tho. Right next to Aeon mall. My wife went crazy shopping. High quality stuff for fair price. The staff from check in to check out were excellent. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Service at the buffet top notch. Love everything about this Hotel. Will definitely come to stay here. There for the Snow Festival. Great price for a modern hotel in a great location. It is across the street from Asahikawa Sta. where the many busses stop and where Aeon Mall is.It is also along the path where sculptures are that leads to the festival site. We also enjoyed the breafast buttet whcih beats looking for food early on snowy mornings. I indicated the staff service was only good and not excellenet because we arrived at the hotel at about 1pm and check-in was 3pm and the girl at the check-in desk said we needed to wait. I understand the rules but I wish she could've made an exception because my wife was not feeling well due to the train ride from Sapporo.

Cleaniness is superb and comfortable with humidifier/filter. Location is convenient opposite JR station and Aeon. The only downside is our room is next to smoking room and smoke smell permeate through don't know where, probably through the air condition. At least we are able to open windows for fresh air.

Good value, excellent location.
Hotel staff were very kind and friendly, including perking staff. They attentively listened to our questions and requests and gave personal recommendations. Nice hot spring and common area where I was able to get some work done while doing laundry.

Good business hotel with Onsen
Room is adequate for one night stay. Car parking is automatic system ,when you want to park your car is convenient but after check out time I have to wait for 25 minutes to my car because everyone also want their car. Location is good ,near Aeon mall and walking street and opposite JR train station. Onsen is small and has no view but clean and in good condition.
