We had a fantastic stay at your beautiful apartment - everything was perfect. We loved the view, the peace by the poolside in the morning and the convenience of walking into Porto Cervo in the evening.

Bell’appartamento ma mancano cose essenziali
L’appartamento è fresco ed in posizione comoda . Manca completamente di accessori per la casa ( avevamo 4 bicchieri, 4 piatti piani e 5 fondi . Padelle anni 80 ). Le poltrone esterne erano rotte. Abbiamo trovato Alcuni Cassetti con indumenti di soggetti terzi. Abbiano fatto presente tutto questo telefonicamente alla proprieta’, ma non abbiamo visto nessuno, ne’ al momento del check in , ne’ al momento del check out . Le prese di corrente dell’appartamento tutte tedesche. Per cellulari, phon o qualsiasi altra cosa occorreva un adattatore.

Fantastica location a pochi passi dalla Promenade du Port
Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 settimane in agosto, la location è spettacolare: un curatissimo condominio con deliziosa piscina a pochi passi dal porto vecchio e dalla Promenade du Port (la zona più bella di Porto Cervo, piena di locali e negozi bellissimi..), nonostante la sua centralità la casa è davvero silenziosa e immersa nella tranquillità. Io ho apprezzato tantissimo la grande terrazza attrezzata dove si può cenare e rilassarsi difronte ad una bellissima vista (niente da invidiare alla classica vista mare) sul giardino condominiale pieno di piante e fiori e sulle colline circostanti. Altro grande vantaggio dell'appartamento è il posto auto privato proprio difronte la porta di casa, soprattutto in agosto, quando trovare parcheggi nelle vicinanze non è per niente facile. L'appartamento è poi internamente molto accogliente e confortevole, sia come suddivisione degli spazi (due grandi camere e due bagni), sia perché equipaggiato di tutto l'occorrente (biancheria, pentole, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde ecc.) che lo rende adatto anche a soggiorni lunghi come è stato il mio. Mi sono trovata benissimo in questo appartamento e mi sento assolutamente di consigliarlo a tutti!
