Finca Son Caminals is a house of more than 100 years, completely restored in 2020. The house is located on a small mound that gives it great views. When we arrive at the house, we find a large stone patio with a central well. We enter the house and we find a large hall. In the background, we can find the living room with a large dining table and a living room with sofas in front of the TV; next to the dining room, there is a fully-equipped kitchen that combines classic elements with other more modern ones, with a large fireplace.
At the back of the house, there are 2 double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and with shower. On one side of the hall, there is a suite with a bathroom and a shower.
On the first floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace and a double suite with a shower.
On the upper floor, there are two suites with a bathtub, one of them with hydromassage.
The house has air conditioning and heating.
About 25 meters from the house, there is a swimming-pool on the side of the hill, surrounded by a stone terrace and, next to it, a large lawn area and a wonderful porch where there is a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen.
Near the pool, there are 2 outside toilets and several corners with sofas or chairs to enjoy the view.
The property has animals; sheep, chickens and donkeys.
