Lomond Brae cottage is a fantastic newly renovated 3 bedroom cottage nestled on the hillside in Tarbet beside Loch Lomond with a large garden and beautiful open views across to Ben Lomond and down Loch Lomond. Sitting in the heart of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park a beautiful holiday home with a stunning feature picture window just a short walk from Loch Lomond and offering modern home comforts surrounded by mountains, forests and lochs. There is access to many outdoor pursuits from the door-step with walking routes, cycling routes and boat trips on the loch available. Tarbet pier is just a 3 minute walk, Tarbet has a mainline train station with routes to Glasgow, London & Highlands. 45 mins from Glasgow Airport and 1 hr 30 from Edinburgh by car.

The cottage has been extensively upgraded and renovated to provide a modern and comfortable holiday accommodation for families and small groups. The house has 3 double bedrooms (1 king with vanity basin, 1 double with basin and 1 double), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and toilet and a separate toilet with basin.

The cottage includes a large new high gloss kitchen with all new appliances, with a separate utility room and toilet. There is a large open plan lounge and dining area that seats 6 with a large picture window to make the most of the stunning views. The lounge has both a flatscreen TV with freesat and an Xbox 360. There is a conservatory to make the most of the evening sunshine and views with plenty of reading material, toys and games for children and adults.

Outside there are large enclosed lawned areas to the front and the back with plenty of safe space for children to enjoy and a gravelled barbecue patio area with fire pit and garden furniture to make the most of the elevated views across Loch Lomond and to Ben Lomond. Accessed through a gate and with a private drive providing plenty of parking.

2 travel cots , 2 high chairs, changing mats etc can all be provided for families with small children. A single camp bed can also be provided for the double room if guests do not want to share the double bed.

PLEASE NOTE: There are approx 20 steps to access the house from the driveway and therefore although on one level once inside the house may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. The cottage is situated along approx 400m of unmade road after turn off from main road.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Three Villages Community Hall. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the cottage.
