Newly refurbished beautiful old house of 250 m2, from the 19th century, recently refurbished in loft style and on one floor.

This townhouse located in Arrecife, port city, on the east coast of the sunny island of Lanzarote, is surrounded by commerce, art and leisure.

Situated 150 metres from the CIC El Almacén del Artista César Manrique.
At 200 metres from the sea and the fabulous beach of El Reducto, where all kinds of nautical sports are practised, especially sailing. Also close to the Avenida Marítima, as well as the Calle Real, an open commercial and banking area, the famous San Ginés puddle, the Puente de las Bolas, the Castles of San Gabriel and San José, and the famous marina La Marina, which receives mega yachts.

This property has free private parking for guests, as well as free parking for bicycles.

This is not a house - it is a converted bar that is fit for purpose
I have asked for support with this absolutely shocking not fit for purpose since the day we arrived. We ended up having to leave the property as we felt both unsafe inside and out . Please can someone get back to me about this matter . I have now attached a file with both video evidence and photographs. ( this accommodation is not a house as the host is claiming- it is a commercial ( night club) and the adjoining property at the back is a workshop sending fumes through the back door of the property which the owner is also claiming to be a house - and once again I have attached a picture on the outside - yellow barrier over the door with a written mobile number over the makeshift entrance- the dogs would be outside guarding the workshop or inside - once video attached) . The owner still has not returned our deposit.
