A most enjoyable month
We were seeking a leisurely winter stay in a Canarian environment. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a great view over the Charcos lagoon. We were made welcome in restaurants supermarkets and local shops all within a short walk and the weather was kind to us. I aam sure we will return.

Große Wohnung in toller Lage
Hervorragend ist die Lage des Objektes am alten Fischerhafen in Ec Charco de Gines mit Ausblick zum Hafen, Meer und zu den Vulkanen. Sehr schön die helle, voll verglaste Frühstücksveranda mit Panoramaausblick von der 3. Etage (Fahrstuhl vorhanden). Leider konnte man nur 2 Fenster der Veranda öffnen, sodass ein Sonnenbad nur begrenzt möglich war. Strand von Arrecife ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. In unserer 1. Woche war das Wetter recht kühl und windig, sodass man abends in der Wohnung eine Jacke überziehen musste. Das Lichtkonzept in der Wohnung sollte überdacht werden, die sehr hellen Deckenlampen machen weisses und ungemütliches Licht. Viele Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shoppingmall, City. Parken auf kostenfreiem Parkplatz in 5 Gehminuten. Den angebotenen Garagenplatz haben wir nicht genutzt, weil zu eng.

Idyllic Penthouse with great view
Idyllic penthouse with its own flair in a special environment next to the old town at the small boat harbor with a great atmosphere and view. It's also easy to work remotely here, internet is fast. The penthouse and communication with landlady Alia was perfect. Thanks
