Bruyant: passage d'avions juste au-dessus à partir de 7h jusque 22h., machine à laver des voisins après 22h. Pas de fenêtre salon-séjour-cuisine. Pas assez d'eau chaude pour 2 douches à suivre. Points positifs : grande terrasse et quartier calme.

L'appartement est tout à fait correct et plaisant. La propriétaire, Carolina, est aimable, efficace et disponible par Internet/tph. Le point négatif est l'emplacement, très excentré et peu desservi par les transports en commun. Une heure à pieds pour descendre au centre, faisable, mais parmi des voies souvent pensées seulement pour les voitures et des zones commerciales mal fréquentées dimanches et jours fériés quand tout ou presque est fermé. Et donc utilisations fréquentes de taxis (quand on en trouve). Séjour agréable néanmoins.

Très fonctionnel. Correspond à l'attendu. Com parfaite pour accueil. Un peu bruyant parfois, et un peu éloigné du centre mais c'était en connaissance de cause, et le rapport qualité orix pour la semaine, est vraiment top.

El alojamiento estaba correcto en términos generales. Aunque particularmente olía un poco s humedad, y el baño era enano. La cortina de la ducha se pegaba a la espalda mientras te duchabas. Por el resto, aceptable para lo que costaba. Por otro laso, faltaban elementos de limpieza como fregona y escobas

Buen apartamento

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo una semana. El apartamento está muy bien, la cama es muy cómoda, el sofá amplio y la terraza espaciosa. El punto un poco negativo a nuestro parecer es que el baño es muy pequeño. La comunicación con la propietaria muy buena. No nos funcionaba la cafetera y nos trajo una nueva. El barrio está bastante alejado del centro, pero como nosotros no buscamos hacer mucha vida en Arrecife nos vino muy bien ya que tenía una buena salida a la carretera y buen aparcamiento. Le pondríamos un 8 sobre 10.

Primera vez que reservábamos alojamiento con Vrbo y los comentarios sobre el apartamento no daban mucha confianza...pero la experiencia ha sido muy buena. El apartamento no tiene lujos pero estaba limpio, bien equipado y situado. Para aparcar , más lejos o más cerca dependiendo de la hora pero siempre sin problema No entiendo los comentarios negativos teniendo en cuenta el precio... para lujos hay que soltar la cartera y buscar un resort. Cómo sugerencia a los propietarios: - El baño: una mampara o al menos mejorar el sistema de cortinas de la bañera... está a punto de caerse al suelo. - La terraza: impresionante terraza pero apenas se aprovecha , muy minimalista , una lastima. Conclusión, repetiríamos y recomendamos escoger este apartamento.

Agana Alta Arrecife

The Apartment is very nice. Especially the veranda. It is a good place for long-stay. Unfortunately there is very little utensiles in the kitchen. E.g. short of pots for cooking. The host is very nice!!! Argana: The area is special. Totally local. For vacation stay like 1 week it is not very handy. Quite fare from the city and local buses have their own ideas ... But I would stay there again for long term.

La casa era ideal en una zona de la isla muy tranquila. La única pega que se puede poner es que el agua de la ducha a veces salía fría de repente o la presión del mando era muy baja de repente. Por el resto estuvimos muy cómodos. La terraza es espectacular. La casera estaba disponible en todo momento y fue muy amable.

MALISSIMO Non conforme alla descrizione

Nella descrizione dichiara di avere un garage privato. Sono arrivata e ho scoperto che il garage non era utilizzabile. Ho dovuto parcheggiare la macchina lontano. Ho sollecitato la proprietaria che inizialmente ha negato di avere un posto auto, poi mi ha promesso che me lo avrebbe liberato, cosa che non è mai avvenuta, creandomi un enorme disagio.Il secondo giorno sono rimasta per ore senza acqua in casa. La proprietaria è stata brava perché è venuta con un idraulico. Hanno messo una pompa "arrangiata" e non a norma che faceva un rumore assordante giorno e notte, impedendomi di dormire. Inoltre: la casa non era pulita, piatti e padelle unte, lenzuola macchiate,una puzza tremenda. La descrizione dichiara che la casa è ben illuminata ma è falso. La zona giorno non ha finestre. In cucina c'è una finestra ma è murata. La caldaia non è a norma. Da segnalare che per giungere all'appartamento le scale sono estremamente ripide. La proprietaria in fase di richiesta informazioni, è stata da me informata che viaggiavo con un gatto e ha accettato la mia prenotazione.Ho promesso un extra per le pulizie,40 euro dal sito e 30 euro in contanti il giorno della partenza. Totale 70 euro per pulizie extra. La proprietaria mi ha insultato e offeso per via della pulizia. Mi ha trattato malissimo! Questa casa non è a norma,non corrisponde alla descrizione, venduta a prezzo turistico e per giunta non dotata della licenza che la legge Canaria prevede. La proprietaria è stata estremamente offensiva!

Billige Wohnung aber triste Umgebung.

Wettermäßig in Ordnung.Schlechte Busverbindung Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nichts in der Nähe .Würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.Wohnung lag in zweiter Etage und wir als ueber 80 jährige hatten etliche Schwierigkeiten.In der Beschreibung gab es keinen Hinweis.

De woonkamer en keuken een beetje donker geen contact met buiten maar wel een prachtig balkon(8x5). Het is een hele rustige buurt . Eten bij de Mexicaan is een aanrader, je moet reserveren van te voren. Groot winkelcentrum op 2 km.

Bon logement mais attention

La location est vraiment belle. En revanche certains points nous ont déçu.... Rien pour laver la vaisselle, pas de produits pour faire une machine ou laver la salle de bain. Tout est rudimentaire... peu de papiers toilette, peu de cintres dans les armoires. Beaucoup de supermarchés et bar/resto aux alentours mais peu de choix en terme de nourritures. Attention si vous prenez les bus car certains ne passent que trop peu et les horaires ne sont pas réguliers. Le dimanche ne compter pas dessus. Si vous avez une voiture... bonne chance pour vous garer... Mais le point très positif est une grande terrasse avec une vue sur les toits des maisons et au loin l'océan.
