Fui com minha esposa, ficamos no quarto 04 que é no térreo. Pontos negativos Precisa de carro para se locomover, localizada em um local ingrime; Se estiver nos quartos no terreo, e se chover muito , como aconteceu conosco, é pessimo para chegar no quarto, e a pousada nao disponibilizou um garda chuva; O quarto é invadido pela agua da chuva, no nosso caso minha esposa qdo entrou no quanto sofreu uma queda, machucando o joelho; Ps. No caminho para os quartos deveria ter uma coberrura para evitar essa situação Cafe da manha simples; Pontos positivos Quarto novo; Boa limpeza; Boa piscina; Possibilidade para fazer churrasco(2churrasqueiras).

Razoável, uma viajem em família para 4 pessoas o quarto pequeno a iluminação ruim que para melhorar tínhamos que deixar a luz do banheiro acesa, o frigobar não estava gelando reclamamos, mas a recepcionista nos respondeu que de manhã estava funcionando e que tinha que esperar o técnico que por sinal estou esperando até agora. O café razoável O wi-fi no quarto também não funcionava

Reservei pelos comentários positivos, mas não gostei da localização é um ladeira muito íngreme. Se você não for de carro desiste. A pousada em si é bem agradável,boa piscina, café bom com funcionários prestativos e simpáticos, quarto e banheiro confortáveis. Quanto a recepção, acho que poderiam melhorar o atendimento. Vi bastante elogios, mas comigo na prática faltou bastante empatia. Não sei se era pq foi o horário , ou a troca de plantão, mas praticamente parecia que estavam fazenda um favor em me receber. E olha que cheguei lá às 12:45hs. Viajo sempre e realmente já tive recepção melhor. No geral foi bom.

Ficamos um final de semana na pousada e fomos muito bem recebidos. Todos os funcionários são muito educados e dispostos a ajudar em qualquer situação. Adoramos os quartos por ser limpos, organizados e a pousada é linda como nas fotos. Pra chegar na pousada vc sobe uma ladeira muito íngreme, aparentemente fica ao lado de uma comunidade mas nada que tenhamos ficado com medo ou algo do tipo porque parecia ser bem tranquilo. O único ponto negativo que não gostamos foi ter que pagar por um kit churrasco para podermos usar na churrasqueira. No kit veio 2 ou 3 vasilhas, 1 tábua de plástico e a faca. Essa louça estava meio suja e engordurada quando nos entregaram. Mas de resto adoramos. Se voltarmos novamente iremos levar nosso próprio kit de churrasco para não ocorrer novamente esse problema.

A rua de acesso é bem ingrime em dias de chuva fica pior ainda , a pousada tem muitas regras , ate desperdicio de comida vc paga taxa , até concordo em nao desperdicar , mas se pegar algo p comer e nao gostar ?? Quando contratamos dizia q o quarto era p o mar isso nao aconteceu e dizia q tinha restaurante , mas esse restaurante fica na rua a uns 30 minutos de caminhada , eles so indicam onde comer. Foi razoavel

Ficou faltando colocar um tapete ao sair do box, e quando está usando o chuveiro vaza a agua para o outo lado. E a piscina falaram que era climatizada, porem não estava. Tirando isso a pousada e maravilhosa, todos os funcionários muitos atensiosos e simpaticos!

Ótimo, só uma observação sobre localização.
A pousada em si é ótima! Tudo limpinho, área da piscina super agradável. O único ponto negativo é a localização! Fica em um morro, e pra quem não vai de carro, tem uma pequena dificuldade com os Uber, eles recusam e quando aceitam e vê o morro que tem que subir ficam com receio, caso chova, fica bem inviável subir até a pousada de carro! O morro é muito íngrime. E o café da manhã não tem muita variedade, mais é saboroso.
