On the ground floor you will find the bright, spacious living room with dining area, a seperate well-equipped kitchen with dish- washer and a guest toilet with washing-machine. One door opens to a private terrace with a small garden, the other door to the community pool.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms both with balcony, and a bathroom.
The bedroom "rojo" has a large bed (180 x 200 cm) with very good mattresses, a overhead fan, a safe box and a large wardrobe.
The bedroom "naranja" has a double-bed (160 x 200 cm) even with a very good mattress, air-condition and a large wardrobe.
Our house is situated in a quiet location, inbetween two famous touristic centers:
Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema etc. are totally reachable.
The beautiful sandy beach with loungers and parasols to hire is approx 5 km away. The distance to the ocean is about 5 km.
