A nice tidy apartment that was well appointed.
Great views from the 9th floor apartment which was situated within easy reach of all that Palm Mar has to offer. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything required for a nice stay.

four 20 yo guys from Italy
we enjoyed the most the view from the balcony. the apartment is at the ninth floor of a big building in Palm-mar that is basically a small village with everything you need, from the supermarket to restaurants, cafés and a place to book excursions by kayak. the sea is at a five minutes walk. Palm mar is a bit isolated from the nightlife but in 20 minutes by car you can reach Las americas. the apartment was a bit smaller than we expected but we were four guys and we managed to enjoy it very much. P.S. Chantal was very nice

Palm mar tres bien logement idéal pour séjour d´une à deux semaines déconseillé pour période plus longue exemple un seule essuis de vaisselle, bonne housse de couette inutile...pas de couette porte SDB abîmée literie désastreuse matelas trop long et trop large. Pour couronné le tout des travaux à L´étage supérieur bruit de marteaupiques de mur arraché et bien d´autre bruit, pour rappel tous cela durant 2 mois. Jamais rencontré notre hôte plus que discrète.

Nous avons visité l'île complète sur 1 mois ensoleillé.,inoubliable 🌞 L'appartement était comme nous l'espérions lumineux avec vue sur mer.,nous convenait parfaitement 👌😊. La propriétaire très sympathique. De belles plages au sud de l'île ,de bons restaurants de poissons A une petite heure du teide,coup de cœur ou se trouve de belles randonnées Un peu loin pour visité le nord de l'île car beaucoup de monde sur les routes. Belle expérience.✈️

Alles OK, bis auf den Reciver vom TV. Das Fernsehgerät hat sich in regelmäßigen Abständen ausgeschaltet und musste immer wieder neu gestartet werden. Ärgerlich für eine so schöne Wohnung. Sehr erfreut waren wir über einen kostenlosen Tiefgaragenplatz für unseren PKW.

Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand zugegen der uns den Wohnungsschlussel übergeben hätte!Todmüde mussten wir rumtelefonieren bis wir dann Frau Lemaire erreichten die uns die Wohnung öffnete.😏 Die Wohnung was gut,etwas grosszügig prässentiert.Aber für und hats gereicht! Pal Mar ist ein super Ferienort!

Proprietari molto disponibili . Ci hanno procurato tempestivamente le cose che mancavano. L'appartamento è comodo , ben ubicato . Avrebbe però bisogno di essere rinfrescato un po' , e monitorare meglio l'impresa di pulizie (un po' superficiale ) . Per il resto tutto bene , la vista e fantastica , quasi da brivido se si soffre di vertigini ! Il condominio e molto tranquillo e ci si sta bene . Torneremo sicuramente
