Spectacular villa of 1400 m2 and 2100 m2 plot and capacity for 10 people. Located on the first line of golf course, overlooking the golf course, in an ideal area for families and in the residential complex.
With 3 floors and elevator, the villa has four large rooms with en-suite bathroom and an independent apartment complete with bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. In total, 7 bathrooms, a Turkish bath or haman, jacuzzi in the master room, heated swimming pool, wine cellar and bar with dining room, chill our area with Balinese beds and fountain, barbecue in the garden, gym, etc ... With ample laundry area.
The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, toaster and water kettle.
It is 450 m from the golf course "Golf las Americas", 2 km from the bus station "Estación de Guaguas Las Americas", 3 km from the water park "Siam Park", 3 km from the city "Las Americas / Los Cristianos", 4 km from the restaurant "Mesón Castellano", 4 km from the restaurant "La Fresquera", 4 km from the supermarket "Mercadona", 4 km from the sandy beach "Playa de las Vistas", 16 km from the airport "Reina Sofía".
