Easy lake living at the "Good Vibes Only" Condo in the Stilllwater building at Bridges Bay Resort & Waterpark. This ground floor unit features four private bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and include six daily passes to the Boji Splash Waterpark. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children's play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.
Located in the Stillwater building which is the newest high-end luxury complex in Bridges Bay and features it's own private outdoor pool. Sleeping NINE, the property offers a primary suite with king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, an en-suite bath with luxurious walk-in tile shower, double sinks, and walk-in closet. This primary bedroom provides a separate entrance to the lakefront deck and lake views from the bed. The second bedroom provides two twin beds, one with a trundle, sleeping three in this bedroom. The third and fourth bedrooms both offer queen sized beds and ceiling fans. Off the third and fourth bedrooms and another full bathroom with shower/tub combination. There is a half bath across from bedroom two, next to the kitchen. The open concept condo offers lake views in the kitchen/dining/living space. The kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home including full sized appliances, crockpot, toaster, Keurig and regular coffee pot, blender, griddle, and pebble ice maker. Breakfast bar seats four and dining table seats six. The living room has 180 degree lake views, smart tv and fire. Out on the deck you'll find a propane fire table, Weber propane grill and seating for six. The sunsets are some of the best in Boji from the Stillwater lakefront decks. Okoboji decor through this high-end condo is just what you want for your next vacation at the Lake.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third-party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).

Perfect for a friends weekend without kids. Walking distance to most places we choose to visit. Very clean, great kitchen with plenty of dishes and easy access to the pool.

Beautiful Condo
We all loved it. The only drawback was that we couldn’t sit on the deck because of the spiders and cobwebs. The half bath had a little bit of water coming up through the grout of the tile. It wasn’t enough to cause someone to slip though.
