You will have a guide of what to do and where to go when you arrive. Ideal for surfers, families, couples and friends.
It is located 1kmt from the spectacular beach of Berria, beautiful between two peñotes and with a super surfing atmosphere.
2kmts from Santoña with bike path and sports center with activities and paddle.

atención estupenda
El piso està super bien ubicado, limpio y muy confortable, La chica que se encarga de gestionar el piso es un encanto y super atenta. Nos recomendó sitios de visita y para comer, y siempre estaba disponible por si podiamos necesitarla. La expeeriencia ha sido estupenda y repetiriamos seguro.

Es un duplex muy cerquita de Santoña. Hemos estado muy a gusto, tiene todos los utensilios que puedas necesitar y la comunicación con la persona que está a cargo ha sido muy buena. Lo recomiendo.

Die Anlage ist insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal wieder etwas renoviert werden. An der Ausstattung fehlt nichts, der Pool ist schön.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, el adosado en terminos generales bien y la propietaria muy amable y atenta.

Geräumig, sehr schöne Aussicht von der großen Terrasse. Strand in geringer Entfernung, mückenfrei. Landschaft zwischen Bilbao und Santander ist großartig: Sandstrände, reizvolle Hügel mit netten Orten und eine eindrucksvolle Bergkulisse.
