Everything about this place was great except for the fact that it’s on a very busy road. It was very hard to enjoy our amazing terrace with a hot tub that overlooked the lake due to trucks raging in the background. The staff was fairly easy to communicate with online. In person, their attentiveness and friendliness was just average. Other than that the room and the stay were quite good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. Also the restaurant was excellent and good value considering the setting and the high quality. However the best feature is of course the view which is second to none.

We loved this hotel. It was in a beautiful location over looking the lake. Very clean and super cute room. Right beside the bus stop so walking our luggage to the hotel wasn’t an issue. Lots of restaurants and cafes right by which had amazing food !

Ocean view rooms for an amazing price! Located centrally between Como and Menaggio for easy access via bus or taxi. Argegno is smaller and quieter which we loved and had enough dining options. Villa Belvedere is right off the main road but you wouldn't hear it (from the ocean view rooms) and it's right next to the bus stop and ferry so we were able to buy our tickets early! The rooms are cute - definitely boutique and not so modern as other hotels. Our room has a small balcony which you're still able to have a seat on and enjoy the lake... It was nice that it was the only one so we had our privacy. There is a breakfast buffet for 15 euro you can purchase - please note this isn't unlimited as they only make a certain amount based on the guests reservations. (We came late and they were almost out of the hot foods) Service in the front desk was nice - they helped with any transportation questions I had. The only issue was their breakfast service... Not friendly and almost bothered when you asked for anything. Beware when the sun is out in the morning the breakfast area gets extremely warm and they didn't open any windows so it was uncomfortable like a sauna. Overall the location, price and room was amazing! They have an area in front on the lake to swim during the summer too which would be nice. This would definitely be a great option if you want a quieter town that's central in the lake.

A good hotel right on the shores of Lake Como but not much to do in the town. Must take ferry or bus to nearby bigger cities for more food & shopping options.

The only thing I did not enjoy was that the smoking area was right outside the main door of the hotel and it would get into the hallways. Having the smoking area some feet away would have helped
