Upon arriving we were greeted by the customer service representative, Natasha! After a 5-6hr drive it was refreshing to be taken care of by someone so kind and welcoming. She helped us when the door lock was broken and changed our rooms so to my safety concerns. She was extremely understanding and accommodating.

Check-in was great. The desk clerk was very kind and courteous. Room was OK. TV wires and cable box dangling below the TV. Shower worked fine, had good water pressure there. Issue? When the faucet was turned on, water trickled out the shower head, even though the diverter had not been pulled up to activate the shower. Almost no water pressure in the sink. Breakfast and coffee were very good.

Staff was great at check-in and check out. Good hotel option in Idabel. Mattresses are well worn. We understand replacement costs can be expensive for all rooms. Would choose this hotel again for future stay.

An alarm like a fire escape went off on my floor from 10pm to 4am. Took 20 minutes at the front desk to get someone there to check me in. Tv didn’t work. After driving 16 hours I wish I had picked anywhere else to stay.
