Holiday home on the outskirts of Arcos de la Frontera, province of Cadiz, Andalucia.

This modern and light-filled, semi-detached holiday rental is set in a private residential area, and it shares the splendid, well-maintained garden and the pool area with other eleven similar houses. While spending your holidays here, you will be able to make the most of the comforts provided in the house, rejoice in the quietness of the setting and enjoy the closeness of the several golf courses that are spread around Arcos de la Frontera. And, to top it all off, you can also head to the nearby White Towns and have a taste of the authentic Andalusian atmosphere.

The house's 135 square metres are distributed on two floors. Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms. The master room features a double bed, a private terrace overlooking the garden and an en-suite with two washbasins, a shower and a bathtub. The other bedroom is provided with two twin beds and an en-suite with a shower. The laundry room is also located on the first floor.

The ground floor, on the other hand, welcomes the living spaces. The entrance hall and an independent toilet are located on the same level, whereas the lounge room and kitchen can be found after going down a few steps. The spacious dining-living room shares space with the open kitchen, in which you are provided with all the electric appliances and kitchenware you might need during your holidays.
