- Cozy enough for 2, but roomy enough for 10. The House:
Welcome to Betty's Place! Originally built in 1942 and recently updated throughout, our beach house is truly unique -- full of vintage charm, beautiful wood, and many wonderful memories.

Upstairs you'll find two main bedrooms, a cozy breakfast / game nook, dining/kitchen area, and an open living space stocked with games, puzzles, and a wood burning fireplace for those rainy winter days.

Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms (one queen, one twin daybed that can convert into a king) and a tv room with a pullout sofa.

We are very excited to add a new deck and 6-person HOT TUB! (Pictures forthcoming)

For those traveling with little ones, you will also find a pack’n play, high chair, and baby gate available for your use.

The house is quite comfy, and is perfect for hosting 2 or 10.

The Beach:
If you love the beach, you will love Arch Cape! Located 10 minutes south of Cannon Beach and 10 minutes North of Manzanita, it's far enough from the crowds to feel like you have the whole beach to yourself, but close enough for a quick trip to town for anything you need. If you're feeling adventurous and want to stretch your legs a bit, the walk from Arch Cape to Hug Point is approximately 2 miles up the sand.

The forest:
The Oregon Coast would not be the Oregon Coast without its lush, green, mossy forests. Take a quick 5 minute drive up the road to Oswald State Park and link up with the Oregon Coast Trail, with miles of beautiful forest and coastal trails.

And of course, on those cold, rainy days, cozy up to the fireplace with a good book, or let your cares melt away in the hot tub and/or sauna.

Pre-Christmas family weekend
Lovely location, with a wonderful, quirky home, close to the beach, with a wooded trail along the river. Just off Hwy 101, but not terrible traffic noise. Loved hanging out in the living room, which was comfy and spacious. The house was clean and organized, and very thoughtfully stocked. Parking was a bit tight for 2 midsize vehicles, but worked.
